Welcome to Q's Stables! The
Stables is much like Q's Critters, but different in a few major areas.
In Critters, you buy a pet and feed and take care of it, but there was
limited interaction. The Stables is a more sophisticated SIM. In the
Stables, you roleplay- that is, you create a character (ie: an
avatar) to
get around in the game. The human may be a rider, owner, a
stableworker- anything you can dream up. After you post a short
biography containing your
character's age,
gender, and name, you can start playing! You may adopt or create up to
3 equines to play
with
unless you get special permission from me.
In Stables, you can own, play with, ride, show, race, etc., your dream horse. Also, unlike some other SIM games, you do not have to sign up anywhere else to play. We have our own message board to protect you, so you don't have to have an account anywhere else.
Also- any and all money mentioned in the game is fake. The mention of money is because you will have an account with fake money from which to draw to play the game. Here at Q's Stables we try our best to make things as realistic as possible, even if it's just a game. Have fun!!
Warning! In Q's Stables, unexpected things may happen. Your horse may get sick and you may have to go to the Stables' medical facilities to heal him/her. Stableworkers may receive a raise in pay, depending on their work. Horses may have mishaps, or win shows (if they are entered into the show). Riders may have a fall, or be recognized as top-notch riders. Owners may receive pay from the Stables if their horse is considered of unusual quality. Anything can happen.
